Challenge:

On a regular basis Insights Worldwide Research conducts Customer Satisfaction Studies for our clients. Telephone interviews were conducted among carefully selected customers and non-customers.

Insight:

Insights Worldwide Research discovered a new competitor gaining considerable market share. Our client had previously viewed them as not being in direct competition. However, interviews among non-customers indicated this was not the case.

Results:
