Extending The Brand

Challenge:

A globally branded client of ours was investigating offering additional services to existing clients. When this client approached Insights Worldwide Research, they had a few concepts in mind; however, they felt they could not define the business they wanted to be in until they fully understood the customer needs as they relate to this new service.
