New Product Development Research Challenge:
A sporting equipment client of ours manufactured both a stair-stepper and a stationary bike for national health-clubs. Customers were asking for a treadmill to round out the product line-up. Our client wanted to develop a treadmill only if it was innovative and compelling as their other market leading products.
